- Ticket can be bought at our departure locations both in Pattaya and Suvarnabhumi airport.

Ticket must be presented to our driver or our representative before transporting with Roong Reuang Coach.
Luggage
- All luggages must be clearly labeled with the owner's name and destination address.

Roong Reuang Coach handles passenger’s luggage with the best possible care. However, passenger's property is carried entirely at his/her own risk and Roong Reuang Coach accepts no responsibility for loss or damages. Passenger is therefore advised to check his/her own travel insurance.

advises that the following items should not be included in your baggage
and that it accepts no liabilities for damages or loss
- Cash and/or cash equivalent;
- Jewelry, antiques or similar valuable items;
- Any fragile items e.g. glassware;
- Electrical or electronic components e.g. computer.

Roong Reuang Coach vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under local law.

Smoking or drinking is not permitted while traveling on Roong Reuang Coach vehicles.

We do not supply baby seats or child booster seats for your children.

Roong Reuang Coach will do its best to service the passenger with the best comfort and convenience to his/her destination. However, Roong Reuang Coach is not responsible for any liabilities whatsoever beyond its control such as accidents causing delays to the vehicle, restricted vehicular access, exceptional or severe weather conditions, compliance with requests of the police, deaths and accidents on the road, unforeseen traffic delays, any action by third parties, problems caused by other customers, the vehicle being held or delayed by a police officer or government official and other circumstances affecting passenger safety.
