How it Works
Airport Pattaya Bus provides a direct transfer from Suvarnabhumi Airport (1st Fl gate no 7-8 or Airport Bus terminal) to Jomtien Pattaya and from Jomtien Pattaya to Suvarnabhumi airport (Departure Terminal on 4th Fl.) via our non-smoking coaches.
Book and purchase tickets
You can book and purchase tickets online through Airport Pattaya Bus website or at one of our counters at Suvarnabhumi Airport and Pattaya. The boarding will generally start 30 minutes before departure.
Cancellation and changes policy
All tickets are non refundable and cannot be changed to another date and time at this moment.
Luggage allowance policy
We are doing everything to help our passengers travel with comfort. Due to limited space on our fleets, each passenger is allowed to have 1 carry-on bag that fits in the overhead compartment and 1 piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 20 kg. Additional luggage with a maximum weight of 20 kg will be charged 100 baht per piece.
Delay of flight
Airport Pattaya Bus is not responsible for the event that you miss the bus due to flight delay. Since tickets are non refundable and cannot be changed, please allow enough time on your trip to transfer from the airport to our service. If you miss our bus due to flight delay, you can contact our office in Suvarnabhumi airport to purchase new tickets which is subject to seat availability.

Frequently asked questions
Will the transfer take us directly to our accommodations or will it leave us at a drop off point in the city?
We transport you directly to a designated drop-off point. If you require door-to-door or private service, please contact Bell Travel Service, our partner, for more details at www.belltravelservice.com
If our flight is delayed, will the transfer be waiting for us?
Airport Pattaya Bus is not responsible for you missing our bus due to flight delay. Please allow enough time to transfer from your flight to our service. You can contact our office to purchase your new ticket.
What should I do if I can’t find your representative at the airport?
Call our office using the number shown on the confirmation letter or e-mail and you will be directed to location of our representative.
When should we make our reservations for the transfer?
We recommend that you book at least 3 days prior to your travel date. Please be advised that advance purchase can be made via online only until midnight before the travel date. For the same day purchase and travel, ticket can be purchased at our departure locations in Pattaya Office on Thappraya Road and Suvarnabhumi Airport.
However, it is highly recommended to book as early as possible, especially during high seasons.
Do I need to print out my boarding pass, if I made a purchase online?
Boarding pass must be presented to our driver or our representative before traveling with Airport Pattaya Bus. Please make sure you print your boarding pass before your trip. Boarding pass can be found in My Tickets menu on
www.airportpattayabus.com after you log in.
