Ticket Purchasing
- Tickets can be bought online or at our departure locations both in Pattaya and Suvarnabhumi airport. Please be advised that advance purchase can be made via online only until midnight before the travel date. For the same day purchase and travel, ticket can be purchased at our departure locations in Pattaya Office on Thappraya Road and Suvarnabhumi Airport. Please be advised that our office on Chaiyapruk Road is a bus stop only.
- For round trip ticket purchase, The time difference between depart and return trip has to be at least 4 hours. This will allowed passenger enough time to travel round trip
- All tickets are non refundable and cannot be changed to another date and time
- Please make sure you print your boarding pass since this must be presented to our driver or our representative before traveling with Airport Pattaya Bus. Boarding pass can be found in My Tickets menu on www.airportpattayabus.com after you log in.
- The coach departure times at all locations are fixed.
- When booking a ticket, the passenger agrees to accept Airport Pattaya Bus's terms and conditions.
- Airport Pattaya Bus will not be responsible for lost or stolen ticket.
Currency
- Ticket price is made in the Airport Pattaya Bus's local currency and the prevailing rate of exchange will be applied to your credit card at the time of payment. U.S. Dollar rate shown on this website is approximate and intended for convenience only.
Cancellation and Change Policy
- All tickets are non refundable and cannot be changed to another date and time at this moment.
Luggage Allowance Policy
- Each passenger is allowed to have 1 carry-on bag that fits in the overhead compartment and 1 piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 20 kg. Additional luggage (with a maximum weight of 20 kg/piece) will be charged 100 Baht per piece.
- All luggage must be clearly labeled with the owner's name and destination address.
- Airport Pattaya Bus advises that the items below should not be included in luggage. Please note, we will not accept any liability for damages or loss of these items:
- Cash and/or cash equivalent
- Jewelry, antiques or similar valuable items
- Any fragile items (e.g. glassware)
- Electrical or electronic components (e.g. laptop)
- Airport Pattaya Bus handles passenger luggage with the best possible care. However, a passenger's property is carried entirely at their own risk and Airport Pattaya Bus accepts no responsibility for loss or damages. Passengers are therefore advised to carry travel insurance to insure their property.
Our Fleets
- Airport Pattaya Bus vehicles are fully insured for passengers and third party claims, as required under local law.
- Smoking and drinking of alcoholic beverages are not permitted while traveling on Airport Pattaya Bus vehicles.
- We do not supply baby seats or child booster seats for your children.
- Airport Pattaya Bus will do our best to supply all passengers with optimal comfort and convenience while traveling to your destination. However, Airport Pattaya Bus is not responsible for any liabilities occurring beyond our control, such as accidents causing delays, restricted vehicular access, exceptional or severe weather conditions, compliance with requests of the police, deaths and accidents on the road, unforeseen traffic delays, any actions by third parties, problems caused by other customers, the vehicle being held or delayed by a police officer or government official or any other circumstances that may affect passenger delays and safety.
Door to Door service
Bell Travel Service is our partner which provides door-to-door transportation between Bangkok International Airport (Suvarnabhumi Airport) and Pattaya.
How it works:
Bell Travel Service will arrange to pick you up from the airport and drop you off at your hotel in Pattaya city by air-conditioned vans and coaches leaving regularly for Bangkok and Pattaya.
